What we collect
When you enquire, register or transact with Prosperon we collect: your name, business role, work email, phone number (optional), the country and industry you operate in, the products and origins and destinations relevant to your trade, and any documents you upload in support of a trade quote or verification.
Why we collect it
We use this information to open and manage your trade, to verify counterparties, to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations, to communicate about your trade, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent and legal basis
When you submit an enquiry we record your consent, the timestamp, your IP address, your browser user agent and the page from which the enquiry was submitted. This is our lawful basis for processing the information you provided along with it.
Who we share it with
We share information with suppliers, freight forwarders, banking or payment partners, insurers, and verification providers only to the extent required to execute your trade. Each party is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention
We retain trade records and supporting documents for as long as required by law and by our anti-fraud and audit obligations. Enquiry records are retained for a shorter period unless converted into an open trade.
Your rights
Subject to the laws of your country, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. We will confirm the applicable rights framework in our pre-launch legal review.
Security
Documents you upload are stored with restricted access, filenames are sanitised, and storage keys are randomised. Session cookies are HTTP-only and bound to a CSRF double-submit token. We are architected to add malware scanning of uploaded files ahead of production launch.
