A mode inside a managed trade
- A settlement step available only once your Prosperon trade is open and verified.
- Executed through Prosperon's approved banking or payment partners, not by Prosperon as a standalone service.
- Bound to a specific verified
TRD-…Trade record, with source-of-funds and dual-approval controls. - Available for trades that pass KYB, supplier verification, sanctions / prohibited-goods screening and (where relevant) source-of-funds review.
Never a standalone product
- Not a wallet, not a stored-value account.
- Not a consumer or business remittance service.
- Not a money-transfer service.
- Not a standalone invoice-payment or bill-pay service.
- Not a bank, deposit account, e-money account or foreign-exchange bureau.
- There is no public form, no signup, no waitlist and no button to submit a supplier invoice to Prosperon outside a managed trade.
Three trade-bound routes into Managed Settlement
Every route starts by opening or upgrading a Prosperon-managed trade. Settlement follows verification — never precedes it.
Prosperon-managed Sourcing Request
You submit a sourcing brief. We identify a supplier, verify them, open a Trade record, issue a quotation, and coordinate supplier settlement inside the trade.
Start a sourcing request →Proposed Trade (Bring Your Own Supplier)
You bring the supplier. We verify them, open a Trade record with you as counterparty, issue a quotation, and — once approved — coordinate settlement inside the trade.
Propose a trade →Existing Trade upgraded to settlement
For an existing Prosperon trade that has cleared verification and funding, settlement is unlocked in the trade workspace after four-eyes authorisation.
Contact your specialist →Nothing settles until the trade is verified end-to-end.
Every managed settlement clears the following gates before an approved partner is instructed. A single failing gate holds the trade.
Prosperon is not a bank, wallet, money transmitter, remittance provider, e-money issuer, foreign-exchange bureau, or standalone invoice-payment service. There is no path — public or private — by which a customer submits a standalone supplier invoice to Prosperon for payment. Any such request outside a managed trade will be declined.

The only path to Managed Supplier Settlement is a verified managed trade. Start one — we'll do the sourcing, verification and paperwork.
