HOW A PROSPERON TRADE WORKS

A single trade journey — request to delivery — with settlement bound to the trade.

Six numbered stages. One named specialist. Every settlement inside a verified trade.

STEP 01
REQUEST

Share your trade brief

Tell us what you need to buy, move or supply. Country of origin, destination, product, volume, target timeline. Files are optional; the form takes a few minutes.

STEP 02
OWNERSHIP

Trade specialist assigned

A named Prosperon trade specialist takes ownership of your request. They confirm the brief with you, ask any follow-up questions, and open a Trade record.

STEP 03
CANDIDATES

Sourcing and verification

Candidate suppliers are identified and verified — identity, ownership, bank-account-name match, sanctions and prohibited-goods screening. Only cleared suppliers advance.

STEP 04
APPROVAL

Version-controlled quotation

A trade quotation is issued: Incoterm, price, lead times, funding schedule and terms. You approve it explicitly. Any change is a versioned re-issue, not a side conversation.

STEP 05
INSIDE THE TRADE

Managed Supplier Settlement

With the trade approved and funded and verification complete, the supplier is settled through an approved banking or payment partner — inside the trade, under four-eyes authorisation.

STEP 06
IN TRANSIT

Shipment and delivery

Freight, documents, customs and consignment tracking are managed against the trade. Milestones update in the client portal. Delivery closes the trade record with a full audit trail.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Questions from first-time and repeat importers

Do you charge to submit an enquiry?
No. Submitting an enquiry through this website is free. Fees apply only once you approve a Prosperon-issued quotation for a specific trade.
Do you work with first-time importers?
Yes. A significant share of our work is with businesses doing their first or second cross-border trade. The process is designed to keep first-time importers safe.
Can I bring my own supplier?
Yes — that's the 'Propose a Trade' path. If you already have a supplier in mind, we run our independent verification before any deposit is committed. Only cleared suppliers become settlement-eligible.
Is Managed Supplier Settlement available as a standalone money-transfer service?
No. Managed Supplier Settlement is available only within a verified Prosperon-managed trade. It is not a wallet, remittance, invoice-payment, or person-to-person service.
What happens if a supplier changes their bank account mid-trade?
The trade is paused and Prosperon independently re-verifies the change through a secure callback before any onward settlement.
What documents will I need to provide?
For an initial enquiry, none. Once engagement begins we conduct customer verification (KYB) and may request company registration, beneficial-owner identity and documents specific to the trade.
