Role
For personal data submitted directly to us (enquiry forms, portal profile, supporting documents) Prosperon acts as a data controller. For personal data processed on behalf of a customer as part of executing a managed trade, Prosperon may act as a processor under the customer's instructions.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of sub-processors to execute a trade: verification providers, freight forwarders, banking or payment partners, insurers, and cloud infrastructure vendors. A current list will be published before production launch.
Data location
Documents and trade records are held with reputable cloud infrastructure providers in secure regions. The precise data-residency positions will be confirmed in our pre-launch legal review and published in this policy.
International transfers
Where a trade spans jurisdictions, personal data will move between the parties required to execute the trade. Transfers are protected by contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Deletion
Data that is no longer necessary for a trade or for our legal obligations will be deleted or securely archived in line with our retention schedule.
